There is a past for everyone,
no matter what they have done.
There is a present for everyone,
no matter what they are doing.
But there is a future only for those
who know what they will do.
To love is to live,
yet to live is not only
love but sorrow, joy, pain
and understanding.
For from these comes love.
The basis for forgivness is love.
The foundation of wisdom is understanding.
And compassion is the blending of both.
With an empty life
love last no longer
than a match under water.
Light your candel and let love live.
